The DOUBLE ROOM is available from 14 April, 2026 in a fully furnished HMO Victoria house. Cricket road is the third parallel road to the Cowley road and its end passes the beautiful Florence Park. It is therefore, very quiet and beautiful. The house is 1 minute away from a bus stop to Oxford City Centre. And it takes 10 minutes for the bus arrives the City Centre. From the house, a tenant needs to walk 3-5 minutes to arrive restaurants, shops, supermarket, bars and many takeaways on the Cowley road. The double room has a good size of 10 meter squares and will be repainted for welcoming a new tenant. This room has a big window facing to a street view with beautiful natural sunlight on the quiet Cricket road. A tenant for this room will share the shower and toilet room with two other tenants. The other floors have its own bathrooms. The kitchen and bathroom have been renovated a few years before. Tenants must keep the bathroom, kitchen clean and tidy after use. Rubbishes must deposit into a right bin for the collection. We hire a cleaner to clean bathrooms every week and the cost is included in £755 pm.  This house is a middle terrace so its insulation is very good. The house has a new Valiant 32 KW Combi-boiler, which has been serviced annually. Bedroom has double bed, standing wardrobe and chests of drawers. It also has a new and good size working desk and new comfortable chair. A sitting room for everybody has a sofa, a dining table, chairs and a TV. In the kitchen, there are plates, glasses, basic pots & pans for everybody. The house also has a gas hob, a gas oven, washing machine, tumble dryer,  microwave, big freezer, big fridge, kettle and air fryer. This house has an exceptional long garden where people can sit on a garden table and chairs. On-street parking is available, but a chargeable permit is required from the council with a maximum of two cars per property that can have parking permits. At the moment, no tenant is driving. Bikes can be locked up in front of the house or to bring into the garden. £755 pm which includes all bills: water, TV license, high speed internet, Gas, electricity and council tax. This means that £755 pm per room includes about £75 -85 of bills per person each month. The deposit is only 300£. We are looking for a long-term tenant who stays for at least 6 months. 755£ is total, no hidden cost, no agent fee. The deposit is £300 and will be sent to DPS. When a tenant moves in, the room was professionally painted and cleaned. At the end of her/his tenancy, the tenant must pay for cleaning her/his room to the moved-in standard as well as share a part of cleaning costs for the bathroom and kitchen that she/he has used. These total costs for cleaning are about £80-100.
