Double room in 5 bed house share (all bills inc)

We (the current tenants) have a double room available from November 1st for a new rolling contract. Current flatmates are 4x male 1x female looking for a new housemate to replace a housemate leaving at the end of the October. Bills included in the rent are utilities, council tax, tv, Internet and fortnightly cleaner.

The house is located on St Clements near South Park. It is a large town house with 5 bedrooms, shared kitchen/diner/lounge, shower room, toilet and full bathroom. The room available is front facing on the 1st floor.

Current housemates are professionals and range from mid 20s to early 40s. We're a fairly sociable bunch with the occasional shared meal and/or trip to the pub, with pretty diverse and eclectic interests and hobbies.

Good sized room, nice area, easy 15 min walk into the centre of Oxford and great transport links to London/ airports by bus. Drop me a line if you're interested.

Current housemates are staff at Oxford University so we cannot accept Oxford students (any age) as housemates I'm afraid.
