Single and double room in beautiful flat

Our two-storey flat is in a great location on Cowley Road, close to shops (2 minutes from Tesco), pubs, restaurants and coffee shops. The centre of Oxford is an easy 15-minute walk away, and South Park is just up the road.

The rooms are fully furnished. One has a single bed the other has a double bed. We have a large living room and a separate well-equipped kitchen/dining room, one full bathroom and a downstairs loo. We have a dishwasher, washing machine and a tumble dryer.

There is also a small balcony and bike storage in a locked courtyard at the back of the building.

Current housemates are a mix of postgraduate students and professionals. We’re a friendly bunch but also respectful of each other’s space. Looking for a like-minded housemate who is up for the occasional pub trip or movie night but also willing to muck in with the cleaning.

The rent includes all bills (council tax, gas, electric, water and fast broadband). The deposit is one month’s rent.

We have a private landlord who is friendly and responsive, and there are no agency fees.

The single room is available from Sept 5th and the double from October 5th.
