Double Room in Henley Street

Hello! I'm sadly leaving my lovely room on Henley Street (OX4 1ES) and looking for someone new to take it over from the start of June. The contract runs to February 2027 and is easily renewed — I'm also happy to sublet in the meantime.

The room is £742/month, with bills usually around £100 (cheaper in summer). It's a beautiful space: double bed, wardrobe, a desk and a chair, a view onto the garden, loads of natural light, and a few plants you're welcome to inherit.

The house has immaculate vibes and will impress anyone you bring over. The living room is large and even more plant-filled (plus room for yoga mats). The kitchen is full of character and comes with a dishwasher, washing machine and a separate dryer. The garden has fairy lights, candles, hammocks, a projector, a pond full of frogs, and vegetable patches that have fed us kale and courgettes in summers past.

It's a social house with a lovely wider circle of friends around it — a great way to meet people if you're new to the city.
