Spacious Double Bedroom in a Cosy House

Looking for someone to take over my lease of a spacious, fully furnished double bedroom available in a cosy, quiet flat in the heart of Cowley.

The flat is on a quiet street close to Cowley Road’s shops, restaurants, and the Ultimate Picture Palace. There is also a garden that is great for BBQs. The city centre is around a 10–15 minute walk or 5-minute cycle away. The bathroom is shared between three people, as one room is ensuite.

You’ll be sharing the flat with a group of clean and laid-back flatmates, Henry (28, PhD student in Literature) and Connor (28, MPhil student in Theology). The third flatmate is moving out after finishing his PhD and we’re also searching for his replacement. We like to socialise together with the occasional meal/dinner, boardgames, and movie in the living room, but are also mindful of each other’s privacy and space. We’re looking for someone clean, considerate, and around a similar age.

The room will be available from 5 November at the earliest. Rent is £710 pcm; bills (electricity, gas, water, and wifi) are approximately £65 pcm.
