Cosy two bed one bath in Cowley

Hello! I’m looking for a female professional to take over a room in a cosy 2-bed, 1-bath house in Cowley.

You’ll be sharing the house with me, a 30-year-old female working professional. The house is in a great location, close to cafés, restaurants, south park and shops, and around a 10-minute cycle or bus ride to Oxford city centre.
- Single occupancy
- Rent + bills+ council tax : approximately £990 per month including everything
- Available from 27 November or early Dec
Preferably looking for someone who can stay longer term
Bonus - We have a big patio/hangout area for reading or just hanging out. You would also have an extra mattress.

It’s a comfortable and homely space with loads of windows and sunlight, and I’m hoping to find someone friendly, tidy and easy-going to share it with.
