En-suite room in 2 bed flat reliance way

Looking for someone to move into a 2 bed flat end of December/early Jan! My flatmates work contract is ending so she’s sadly leaving Oxford :(

Super cosy & spacious flat - all furniture in the photos of the room are staying. Double room with a big window & en-suite with shower & bath. Open plan kitchen/dining/living area. Rent is £800/month, bills are about £50-£70 each/month and council tax (Band D) is £100 each/month.

Great location - 10 minute cycle into town, 5 minute walk from Florence park and 10 minute walk to Templars. Bus stop (Shelley road) right outside the flat with direct buses to the station.

I’m an apprentice at the botanic gardens & my contract is until September 2027, so looking for someone that can stay at least until then (or would be happy finding a replacement if they left earlier!). Of course if you like the flat and want to stay longer than September, that’s totally possible too if you want to find a flatmate!

Looking for someone who’s clean & sociable. I like to have people over for dinner sometimes, you’d be more than welcome to do the same! My current flatmate that’s leaving is one of my best friends, so I’d love to carry on living with someone I can hang out with & we can get along well! Message me for any viewings :)
