Double bedroom available in all-female house

Lovely Double Bedroom in an all-female house just off Cowley Road

Looking for a friendly housemate to take over from me, as I am moving out to buy my own place(!) - which is the only reason I would leave! The housemates are all professionals, 22 - 34, students are welcome but they will need to contribute to the council tax.

House also has a drive, so ideal if you already have a car.

We have a WhatsApp set up with our Landlord where we ask him directly for maintenance, he is also pretty speedy at replying, but he doesn't come around for random house checks or anything like that.

We're a friendly house who like to have movie nights and go to the pub occasionally together, but we understand that everyone likes to have their own space or plans too.

Important stuff:

Rent: currently 635 pcm per person (Landlord has mentioned an increase to 650 pcm per person, but this has not been followed up)
Deposit: £657.92 - which is paid into TDS
Council Tax: 54.60 per person
All other bills (Electric/Gas, Water, Wifi): approximately £90 pcm (this might increase/decrease depending on the season)

Our rent month starts on the 20th of the month, as the room is available from 5th December, I will need to ask you to pay me half of this (£317.50) when you take over.
