Double Room in Friendly 5-bed House

We are looking for a fifth roommate (to replace myself) in our spacious 5-bedroom house from the 1st of January 2027 (possibility to bring forward move in date). All bills included, excluding council tax (approximately £55 pppm) and TV licence.

The double room is fully furnished. You will be sharing the kitchen, which is fully equipped, a cozy living room conservatory, and a garden - perfect for those summer BBQs. The house has two parking spot’s which are currently occupied by current residents however, permit parking is available nearby for £84 per year.

There are two En-suite rooms in the property and one communal bathroom shared between this room and the two remaining rooms. There is an additional toilet on the ground floor.

The house is conveniently located just off Cowley Road, within walking distance to many shops and has access to major bus routes. The city centre is a 15 minute bike ride, 35 minute walk or 20 minute bus. We are also very close to green spaces like Cowley Marsh and Florence Park.

About us:
We are four female professionals whose interests include; cooking, baking, sports and outdoor activities, music and theater. We are looking for a tidy and respectful housemate (preferably female/enby), who enjoys time alone but would also like to take part in the occasional social activity and hang out in our shared spaces!
