Ox Living are pleased to present this newly refurbished 6-bed house-share in Didcot. All rooms come fully decorated and furnished.

THE PROPERTY 🏡
The house has been refurbished to a high standard and all rooms and en-suites are new! You will have use of a stunning brand new kitchen with two fridge freezers, two sink and cooking stations, a microwave and plenty of cupboard space. All crockery and cooking equipment is included and the communal areas are cleaned weekly by Ox Living! There is also a utility room in the hallway where you will have free use of a washing machine and dryer and a living room with multiple seating, a TV and a dining table. You will also have use of the living room where there is a sofa and TV. There is parking available on the driveway for 4 cars as well as extra on-street parking and further parking on the next street.

THE ROOMS 🛌
All rooms are brand new and come fully furnished with a double bed, bedside table, chest of drawers, double wardrobe, lounge chair and a desk and chair. ALL bills included no hidden fees!!

BILLS 📜
ALL of our properties are inclusive of bills. This means that your council tax, water rates, gas, electric, Wi-Fi, TV licence, and even the cleaners and gardeners are included in your rent. We don’t have coin meters or any caps, we just ask that you please be reasonable with usage.

NO DEPOSIT OPTION 💰
We now offer a no deposit option (Reposit) minimising the upfront costs you have to pay! Instead of a standard deposit, you can pay a non-refundable service charge equivalent to 1-weeks rent. Like a traditional deposit, you will remain liable for any unreasonable damage or rent arrears at the end of the tenancy.
