ID, deposit (£600 for the single room and £700 for the double rooom) will be required before moving in; and the lodgers are required to sign a Lodger Agreement before moving in.

Lodgers are expected to pay the rent on the 1st day of each month or on the moving in date. All money transaction is carried out by online bank transfer.
