Double Room with En Suite

This double room has an en suite attached along with a built in wardrobe at the front of the house. This house is a semi-detached 3 bedroom house on the Great Western Park estate. There will be access to a shared kitchen, living room and garden. There is also garage storage available along with a car parking space. Within a walking distance there is access to local transport (1 mile to Didcot train station) and various shops. The area is very quiet both during the day and at night, with a few dogs next door.

I am looking for someone who is fluent in English, chilled and a lover of dogs. Someone on their own, over 18 years old and in a profession.

I am a middle-aged woman, who lives with my black Labrador, very friendly boy. I am currently in full-time work.
