2 mins to Didcot Leisure Centre, and 2 mins to the start of the the railway track to the Millennium Wood, Mowbray Fields nature reserve, and the pretty villages of East Hagbourne, Upton and the downs for jogging and cycling.

Bills included, central heating up to £3000/year, the rent should cover this with sensible use (morning and evening weekday use and more at weekends, on a timer), so there is nothing more to pay as long as the heating is not used too much outside of the timer settings at 20 degrees, subject to contract.
