The other double room will have access to a shared bathroom and is charged at £700 per calendar month (no additional bills to pay).
Broadband is provided and there is reasonable parking available within walking distance. There is also a bus stop nearby if you don't have a car. As far as the kitchen goes, there is a washing machine, tumble dryer and a dishwasher which you are free to use. We will leave space in the fridge, plus any cupboard space that is required.
