The house is occupied by 3 professionals - 2 female scientists and me, the owner, a female college lecturer.

As well as the bedroom, you are welcome to use the kitchen/dining room and garden. It’s a comfortable, clean and quiet house.
There is a washing machine, tumble dryer and fast broadband.

There is an off-street parking area for 16 cars.
The house is less than 15 minutes walk from the town centre and railway station.

It’s a friendly house where you can be sociable or keep to yourself if you prefer.

Please note, the room is not suitable for shiftworkers or
housemates who work from home.
