**The room.**

Our rooms are designed with you in mind, and this room is no exception. A large first-floor double en suite room, the best room in the house IMHO, with a designated workspace, super-fast broadband, and a TV point is currently available.

**The hub of the house**

I understand how critical communal spaces are in a house share, so we designed our Co-Living home with that in mind.

Cook a storm in our modern kitchen and have a dinner party with your fellow housemates!

Or, if you would prefer a cosy night in, there is no better place than the communal lounge, where you can relax and unwind in front of the TV.

**Location**

It is located in the "cool" and desirable village of Eynsham, with its independent shops, in West Oxfordshire, only a short distance from Oxford and five miles from Witney. With a thriving community village, all essential shops and amenities are nearby.

Two regular buses connect the village to Oxford/Witney (via Stagecoach, the S1 and S2).

The S1 also goes to the train station for access to London & immediate access to A40.
