Double Room with parking in Faringdon

FEMALES PREFERRED.
I have a furnished double room for rent, with a double bed, fitted double wardrobe, chest of drawers and bedside table. The room Is sunny and airy. The bathroom has a double shower and separate bath.

Bills are included, and the house includes a utility room, downstairs toilet, living room, kitchen over looking garden. There is also access to storage in the shed and loft.

I'm in my 40's (although most people say think of me as in my 30's). I live here with my 4 year old daughter. I also have 2 very loving cocker spaniels, I also have a friendly cat who keeps herself to herself

I play bass in a band, and have been playing local festivals over the summer I love anything to do with music. My background is music events, but now work as a teacher.

I'm looking for a female preferably, who preferably works shifts.
