I have an En-Suite Double Room to Rent.
includes a Chest-of-drawers and Wardrobe.
Quiet area in Faringdon, Oxfordshire SN7 and within walking distance of the town
The S6 bus to Swindon or Oxford. runs every 20 mins and the nearest bus stop is 300 Mtrs.
I have Ample parking for another car if you drive.

I have added a preference for a female lodger and have been asked by Shareroom to comment.
I have previously had female lodgers. I have two daughters and a granddaughter that visit occasionally, so I feel more comfortable them staying with another woman in the house over a man. The room also used to be one of my daughter's bedrooms.

My lodger is still in situ, but I am accepting viewings now.

1. Room available from the 4th October 2026

2. I will require TWO references
i. Current Employer
ii. One other.

3. TWO months payment in advance - £1300.

4. I have a standard tenancy contract that will need signing

5. I will register you with the V. W. H. Council

6. Council tax and bills included in the rent.

Ideally looking someone who is an office based professional.
