We have one double room on 1st floor, South-facing (sunlight from morning-afternoon), with a bathroom to share between you & 1 other tidy housemate. Double Bed & new mattress topper-protector, picture shelves, Double built-in wardrobe, desk (with storage) & study chair.

Each room is for single occupancy by a mature, neat & tidy student/Grad/ Professional who also appreciates a higher standard of living. Someone who is independent and knows how to cook & clean up themselves.

Current housemates are professionals, doing their own thing but get together ad hoc for socials. We have broad interests, sports, cars, gardening, wine, outdoors, travelling, board games, movies, theatre, etc. In summer growing vegies in the garden and on the odd occasion we have a tiny Yorkshire Terrier visiting, so we are all dog loving people.

Kindly bear in mind monthly Rent includes Electricity, Gas, Water, Council Tax, Unlimited broadband, TV licence, Netflix, Prime Video, kitchen and bathroom cleaning detergents, bin bags, linen, garden & property maintenance.
You only buy your own food , toilet paper & clothes detergent.
Important note: In the house there’s (without a doubt) no space for additional furniture, nor for kitchen stuff (crockery/cutlery/pots/pans/utensils/gadgets). The property is fully furnished and equipped. We also have a cleaning schedule to suit all and ensure the house is kept in a proper clean state.
