Large double en-suite bedroom, fully furnished with a kingsize bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers and tv. All bills, rent and off street parking included in the rent. House is beautifully furnished with decent sized garden - hot tub and gas bbq included!

The house has everything you need for daily living; includes dishwasher, tumble dryer and we have a lovely cleaner who comes every two weeks (inc. in price).

The household is friendly and sociable, often enjoying shared activities such as group meals and games nights. At the same time, everyone is a busy professional who values privacy, independence, and a respectful living environment. The home is kept clean and tidy, and the new tenant would be expected to maintain the same standards.
