Large double bedroom, fully furnished with a kingsize bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers l. All bills, rent and off street parking for upto 4 cars included in the price. The house is beautifully furnished with decent sized garden, hot tub and gas BBQ included!

The house has everything you need for daily living; including dishwasher, tumble dryer and a lovely cleaner who comes every two weeks (inc. in price).

We are all fun and sociable, we like to do things as a group including games nights and eating together when we can. If you like gin you will fit right in! However we are all busy professionals who respect each others privacy and independence. We keep the house clean and tidy and would expect the new tenant to do so as well.
