Annex - Double Room, Store, Sower/Toillet, Kitchen

Please read this advert if you need extremely clean and tidy place and willing to keep it clean and tidy :)

A very clean fully furnished portion consisting of double room with a mid-roof mezzanine/store of about a single room size, separate kitchenette, and shower/toilet.

The rent is £1000 per month for single person. It includes water, gas, electricity bills, wifi, and council tax etc.

This place has full privacy as it has a separate entrance to the room from the Porch of the house.

Room has double bed with very comfortable mattress and other necessary furniture (please see pictures). Mezzanine is additional space of 8.6 X6 feet. Both the Room and Mezzanine have clean carpet.

Nice and clean shower room/toilet, mainly used by the lodger.

Kitchenette for lodger is separate from our kitchen. It has basic facilities including under the counter fridge/freezer, microwave oven, toaster, kettle, electric oven and hotplate for cooking. Essential crockery and some cooking utensils can also be provided if requested.

There is free off street parking from 5pm to 9am and on weekends. If required parking permit can be purchased for 9am to 5pm.

There are very good bus links to city centre, train station & universities, hospitals and other important places in Oxford. There are two bus stops about three minutes walk from the house.

We live in the main part of family home, all of us are professionals. I love cooking, gardening, and socialising but respect others own time and privacy. We have a separate entrance door. We share washing machine and some of the storage space.

House Rules:
Halal food consumer or Vegetarian lodger is preferred.
No smoking or consuming alcohol inside the property.
