The bedroom features a single bed with a comfortable orthopedic mattress, a kitchenette area equipped with a mini fridge freezer, sink, microwave, toaster, and kettle. Enjoy the modern ensuite with a standing shower, toilet, and basin attached to the room.

For long-term let - Monthly rent £950 inclusive of all bills.
Washing machine and access to utility room provided for long-term lets.

ROOM 2: PRIVATE SPACIOUS DOUBLE ROOM WITH SEPARATE TOILET NEXT DOOR (Available from 15th May)

Relax in this comfortable double bed with a Simba mattress. The room boasts a bathroom with a toilet and shower upstairs and a bathroom with a tub downstairs, shared with our family. There is a toilet downstairs next to the room for guest only use.
Female guests only, please, due to shared common spaces such as the bathroom, kitchen, and living room. The kitchen is available for microwave and oven use only (no frying or cooking for short let). We'll provide space in the fridge and freezer as well.

Short-term let (less than one month) or Monday to Friday let will be £160 per week;

For long-term let - Monthly rent £850 inclusive of all bills.
Washing machine and access to utility room provided for long-term lets.
Conveniently located within walking distance to John Radcliffe Hospital, Churchill Hospital, Oxford Brookes University, and Nuffield Hospital. Buses to the city center, London, Gatwick Airport, and Heathrow Airport are within walking distance.

Female guests preferred. The city centre and Oxford University colleges are a 15-20 minute bus ride away. Local amenities include food shops, takeaways, pharmacies, and hairdressers within a 5-minute walk, offering teas/coffees, breakfast, lunch, and dinners.
