Double bed room (for a single occupant only, female preferred), the room comes with seperate private bathroom, shared kitchen/dining and living room.
The room is fully furnished with a bed, mattress, wardrobe and drawers and desk.
the property is approx 8 minute walk to headington shops, 25 minute walk to brookes university (or 5min bus) , and 18min walk to JR hoispltal.
The property faces the main London road, so there are regular buses to the city centre, and there are direct buses to London airports and London.
Currently, there are a couple tenants (professional) already staying in the property.
professional or students are welcome, all utilities bills and communal cleaning fee (twice a month) also included in the rent.
