Description
An en-suite room in OX3 (Troy Close) is available for a long-term tenant (NOT for couples or pet keepers, sorry~) for a minimum of 6 months. PREFER FEMALES who respect the boundaries of other tenants and like to maintain the house clean! (Kitchen OCD people are very welcome.) The other tenants are all professionals. The rent is £650 with ALL BILLS INCLUDED (a really sensible price!). This room is available from 10th JUNE.
Additionally, the bus station is just 3 minutes away, with the U5 and 10 routes providing direct access to the city center and Headington shops, making this location very convenient!!
We are looking for a nice, friendly, quiet and clean flatmate who is also good at helping take care of the house. We have cleaners sent by the landlord to help clean every two weeks as well.
⭐️Again, we need someone sensible and considerate to help make this house more comfortable and feel like HOME.
⭐️Please clean the kitchen after you cook. Don’t forget to wash your dishes after eating. Also, please share the basic house chores.

This house is fully furnished and features two kitchens (one downstairs and one upstairs), both of which you can use. Additionally, there is a large garage for storing your luggage, a small but cozy living room, and a cute garden where you can hang your clothes when the weather is nice^_^
