Nuffield etc. Room is furnished with bed, chest of drawers, bedside table and wardrobe. We're looking for somebody who can move in around 5th September if possible! House has a Modern extension with kitchen/dining/living room with underfloor heating and French doors to sunny back garden with picnic table. Main bathroom upstairs with loo and shower over bath, plus ground floor shower room with brand new proper shower cubicle and loo and unbelievably one more separate loo (that's 3 in total!) so no queues. CLEANER for communal areas visits fortnightly! Bus Stops very close that will take you to Summertown, Oxford City centre or Headington. Walking distance to John Radcliffe Hospital (Only 0.2 miles to JR site entrance) Oxford Brookes, Rye St. Anthony, Headington School. 2 off road parking spaces, plus eligibility for permit parking as within lakes controlled parking zone. You will be eligible for parking permits but there is also space on the drive for two cars. Bills included in rent are gas, elec, high speed (400MB) wireless business broadband, council tax, tv licence, water rates (everything!). Rent is £650 + £100 Bills. Total payable including ALL bills is £750. Room is on first floor, double glazed, centrally heated and fully furnished. Would suit SOCIABLE YOUNG PROFESSIONAL.
