House is very cozy and clean with a relaxed atmosphere, sharing with two females. It has all amenities as well as a large garden that backs onto a beautiful conservation area which is wonderful for long walks and jogging.
It is conveniently close to a bus stop with buses going into town and close to the ring road to drive out of Oxford.
Within walking distance to Headington shops, Headington hospitals (JR, Warneford, Churchill, Nuffield) and the parks (South Parks, Bury Knowle).
Room is fully furnished with the window overlooking garden and conservation area. Shared kitchen, bathroom, washroom and lounge.
We have a lovely lurcher dog stay with us on weekends and sometimes on weekdays.
Rent includes all bills and broadband. Available for M-F let at reduced rent.
