Room Available In Shared House

one standard double room available. The house has recently been through a complete renovation. The rooms available are all on the first floor with a new bathroom to be shared on the same floor. Kitchen is available for use. However I have two dogs who stay in the garden, they have a massive garage to themselves, tenants do not need to meet the dogs or go in the garden if they do not wish to. I would like tenants to be aware of this before hand so it doesn’t cause them any distress seeing the dogs in the garden
