The house has everything you need for daily living; including dishwasher, tumble dryer and a lovely cleaner who comes every two weeks (inc. in price).
The housemates are all fun and sociable working proffesionals. However they are all busy professionals who respect each others privacy and independence. The house is kept clean and tidy and would expect the new tenant to do so as well.
