Living room, separate spacious dining room and kitchen with breakfast bar will be shared with our small family. There are 2 bathrooms in the house, one on each floor. The upstairs bathroom just adjacent to the room will be used by the lodger. We are respectable of each other's spaces. We are also sociable but very flexible. We would request our lodger to treat the space like they would treat their own. Our only ask is to keep the space tidy and in a hygenic way.

The room is available now. The house is a 15 min walk from the Headington shops. There’s a big Aldi less than 1.2 miles away from the property. Closest bus stop is 5 min away with buses to city centre and Headington shops. Convenience store and post office located few yards away and Thornhill Park and ride is at a 10 min walking distance. The house has a massive 80ft garden which is maintained by us.
