Description
We have a double room available in a shared house with 4 female housemates, available from 12th November.
The rent is inclusive of all bills (council tax, electricity, internet, tv licence). There is a spacious open-plan living area/kitchen and two bathrooms, as well as a washing machine and tumble dryer. There is street parking available if you have a car (permit required).
The room comes with large desk, wardrobe, chest of drawers and various other bits of storage.
About us: We’re a friendly house of working professionals in our twenties. We are all busy but enjoy having a good chat while cooking/watching a movie. Tenants tend to stay here for a long time as it really is a lovely place to live. We are not a big party house, but enjoy the occasional drink/night out together. Due to our busy work schedules, we appreciate quiet evenings during the week and are all quite early risers. We also keep the communal spaces tidy with a simple cleaning rota.
If this sounds like a good fit for you, send us a message and introduce yourself – we'd love to hear from you!
