Benson Rd is a nice safe road, with easy access to shops and restaurants in Headington, Cowley Road area and city centre. Lye Nature Reserve is 3 minutes walk away and there is a convenience shop 5 minutes walk away. The house has been fully refurbished and I deal promptly with all aspects of letting, no agents are involved.
I take care to create a harmonious household that would suit postgraduates or working professionals. Most residents stay long term. The other 3 residents:
