Furnished room in shared house near Iffley

Hi, I'm looking for a friendly, reliable and peaceful professional person to share my house with. I will have 1 room available (currently occupied). Someone who is clean & tidy, down to earth, reliable & into similar things as me would be ideal. I am a 2 minute walk from the shops and restaurants on Rose Hill parade, the bus stop to town and 1 mile from the large supermarkets. I have many intersts and hobbies. I enjoy keeping fit with many activities such as wild swimming and going to the gym. I play bass, guitar & other instruments. I like to cook, watch movies, read science/philosophy.

Deposit is one month rent, gas/electric are not included and are to be added on to the listed rent (broadband, water, tv license & Council Tax band C are included in the listed rent).

My home is technically in Rose Hill on the Iffley Border side near Courtland Road.
