Light, spacious double room available near Iffley

My home is a a calm quiet environment. I have recently had the kitchen/living room space extended and added a downstairs toilet. There are sliding doors which divide the larger living space so that it is possible to have a private living space.

The available room is a double with a huge wardrobe, chest of drawers and small bookcase. The bed is very comfortable. There is room for a small desk.

There is a bathroom on first floor, which would mainly be for your use, and the use of my other lodger, as I have an en-suite upstairs in the loft where I sleep.

There is a lovely garden and patio and the house is near shops, with easy access to buses, close to river, ring road and science park. An attractive house in a friendly neighbourhood. There is unrestricted parking outside at present.

I work 3 days a week, some of that from home, and am in most evenings, but do get out quite a bit on walks, to the gym etc. I go away on holidays from time to time.

I am looking for friendly, responsible individual to share my house with. It is a peaceful and comfortable environment. I am the owner, and am a professional woman who enjoys gardening, yoga, meditation and creative/musical activities.

There is 1 other lodger who is 23 yrs old, who is a professional with a full time job.

I prefer someone who is not working from home, but who goes into work most days. I also prefer someone who is environment/climate aware, and is engaged in recycling, lowering carbon footprint etc. I have a heat pump and am in the process of getting solar panels.
