This amazing shared house is situated in a quiet location off Iffley Road. Great for a professional working in Oxford.

The location has easy access to local buses. 10 mins into City Centre, Oxford Business Park, Science Park, Close to Mini Plant and A40.

💰 RENT and DEPOSIT

The monthly rent is £725 for room 4 whilst £685 for room 2. And £615 for room 5 (small double)

The deposit is only £600 and shall be protected under a government-approved scheme.

To reserve the room, you will only be asked to pay an initial holding deposit of £150 which will be credited as either part of the first month's rent or the security deposit.
