Description

I live in Iffley Fields, Oxford, in a Victorian house with a beautiful garden. I'm originally from Geneva. I'm a maths professor working at the University of Oxford. I have recently divorced, and have two kids which I share 50/50 with my wife (an 8y old girl and a 15y old boy). I would like to rent the converted attic to a francophone couple, so as to create a nice francophone environment for my kids to continue learning the language. I mostly eat vegetarian. I play piano, and so does my son (I also have a recorder and a guitar). The converted attic comprises a bedroom (16.5 sq meters) plus a bathroom (3.5 sq meters) for a total of 20 sq meters. It has plenty of sunlight, and a beautiful view above the roofs of the neighbouring houses. The rental comes together with access to the shared kitchen and living areas. I am hoping for shared evening meals.
Utilities are included the rent. Council tax not included [my council tax is roughly £2000 per year].
