The Room is fully furnished with student desk /computer work station /single bed /wardrobe and storage space. It is en-suite - it has its own Bathroom with bath and shower / sink / toilet. The House is fully centrally heated.

There is both wired and wireless fast internet, and you have access to modern kitchen with all facilities including gas cooker, microwave, fridge/separate freezer/ washing machine. .

There are lockable bike mounts and off street (no cost 24hour) parking. The nearest bus stop is 4 minutes and there is a cycle track to city centre (12min).

The house is very secure, and is managed as a quiet house and has a resident (British) house-owner. I have one other student in residence. and I am looking for someone who is normally at college or work from Monday to Friday.
