Bedroom available in lovely Jericho garden flat

Looking for a housemate in my 2 bed Jericho flat. Long term preferred but short term will be considered.

The flat is the lower floor of a beautiful detached Victorian house, set back from the road with a private courtyard garden and a leafy conservatory to enjoy some peace and quiet. The living room is extremely cosy and the kitchen well stocked.

I am a physics DPhil student, and like to spend my free time gardening and playing music (won’t disturb you though). I like to keep things laid back and stress free.

- Double bed, desk and storage space provided in bedroom (there is currently no picture of the room as it is occupied, and the furnishings will be replaced after my housemate moves out)
- Washer/dryer and dishwasher in the kitchen

- on Woodstock road opposite St Anthonys College
- 2 minute walk to local shops on Walton street/Jericho or North Parade (extremely good local pub and food options)
- 5 minute walk from the University Science Area
- 10 minute walk from the beautiful and serene Port Meadow
- 15 minute walk to the direct centre of city (Carfax tower)

Local transport options
- Bus stop right outside the flat for the 6, S1, S3, ST2, 300, S2X and X52
- Electric scooter pickup opposite flat
- Private alleyway to keep bikes off street
- 20 minute stroll to the train station via Jericho/the canal
