Jericho on the river - Hayfield road

Room to rent in a 4 bed flat, in the room nearest to the river.

Awesome location, but a change in my circumstances means I need someone to take over the lease.

The photo of the room is old, but it's the only one I have without all my possessions in there.

Other tenants are 3 students, who just moved in so you'd be all new together!

Bills not included, 795pcm rent. UK guarantor required (or if you are international there are 3rd parties that can provide a certificate) and property is managed by NOPS. Rooms are let on an individual basis.

Shared living room with washing machine, oven, 2 fridges. 1 bathroom.

This is a lease takeover, rather than a sublet, and would all be through the agent. Move in date 28 October.

I will grab some more photos when I'm next at the property (appreciate there are no photos of the bathroom!)
