A room with a view (onto the graveyard)

We are two professionals seeking a replacement for our outgoing housemate.

The room itself is fully furnished with wardrobes and and a double bed. It catches the morning light and you can just about see across our long garden into the Victorian graveyard beyond. The house is terraced with a decently sized bathroom, living room, kitchen, (equipped with dishwasher and washing machine), and basement with ample storage space. You can see all of this via my dodgy photography.

About us: I am Cam, a trainee accountant and music enthusiast; your other housemate would be Harrison, the friendly barista at the coffee shop at the top of our road and all round top guy. We are relaxed people and always up for hanging out. We have an allotment plot 5 minutes from the house and spend a lot of time scheming about what to grow and how to improve the space - green fingered applicants are encouraged though this is by no means a requirement!

Jericho is a fantastic place to live with lots on offer - great pubs, restaurants, supermarkets, and bougie delis within a stone's throw of the house.

We are open to all applications and have no firm idea of who exactly we're looking for - we do enjoy the odd late night so ideally you'd be ok with this!
