Jericho - Oxford - 1 room in 3-bedroom flat

Hello! After 3 years, our flatmate is leaving our lovely 3-bedroom house in quiet Jericho for new adventures. We're looking for someone to take over her single room from mid-December onwards or soon thereafter.

The essentials:
> Location: in the heart of Jericho, close to coffee shops, pubs, and the new Schwarzmann Humanities building. The city centre is within walking distance.

> The bedroom: a single, well-lit bedroom, facing the garden. Very quiet.

> The house: a 3-bedroom house with a fully equipped kitchen, a small living room, and 2 bathrooms (one with toilet only, the other one is with a toilet + shower/bath). There is also a lovely garden.

> The household: We're currently a household of 3 professionals, two guys and a girl, while occasionally hosting respective boy- or girlfriend. We appreciate using our shared spaces (kitchen, living room and garden), but are also respectful of each other's personal space. Overall, we're looking for a young professional who is sociable, respectful, and tidy.

> Rent: £765, plus bills and council tax (band D).

> The contract: your lease would start on 11 December, but a sublet from 1 December onwards can be discussed.
