- Flat share £921-£1,000 pcm
- Jericho
- OX2
Description
My two flatmates are moving out, so I am advertising two double rooms in a spacious and beautiful flat in the Jericho area. It’s close to cafes, shops, restaurants, and university parks and is just a 15-minute walk to Oxford station and the city center.
The flat has a large kitchen, large open-plan living and dining room, balcony, and patio. The two available rooms share one bathroom with a bath/shower. One bedroom is slightly larger, so they are priced differently.
Room 1: £919
Room 2: £1000
Bills: Approximately £221 per person per month. This includes council tax (tax band E), internet, water, energy, and a cleaner who comes twice a month.
The landlord is very responsive and quick to address maintenance requests.
About myself: I’m looking for working professionals, postdocs, or PhD students. I’m easygoing and considerate and hope for the same from my flatmates. Outside of work I love traveling, going to music festivals and concerts, wandering through museums, and weightlifting. I’m a big sci-fi fan, love reading about history and different cultures, and am always down to watch movies or play games.
If you’re interested and would like to arrange a viewing, send me a message!
