I am looking for a new housemate, there is the choice between a big Double bedroom for £900 pcm or the single bedroom for £700pcm both are available immediately! It is a lovely house in a nice quiet location in Kidlington with a big garden and a lovely big green space at the front of the house. All bills are inclusive in the price which also includes broadband. There is a parking space on the driveway available. 5 minute walk from bus stops serving Oxford City, local train stations or Banbury and Woodstock. Must like Dogs as I have friendly one living here with me. Monday to Friday rent could be considered and negotiated for right tenant.
