Double room available immediately

I am looking for a new housemate,
The room available is the Double bedroom in the pictures, the furniture can be taken out if requested. It is a lovely house in a nice quiet location in Kidlington with a big garden and a lovely big green field at the front of the house. All bills are inclusive in the price which also includes broadband. There is a parking space on the driveway available that I don’t currently use. 5 minute walk to the nearest bus stops serving Oxford City, Banbury and Woodstock. Must like Dogs as I have a very friendly one living here with me. We might consider another dog coming into the house dependent on the dogs and if they get along. Monday to Friday rent could also be considered and negotiated for the right tenant.
