I am looking for a new housemate for my spare Double bedroom, it will be available from the first week of November once my current housemate has moved out. It is a lovely house in a nice quiet location in Kidlington with a big garden and a lovely big green space at the front of the house. All bills are inclusive in the price which also includes broadband. Parking space on the driveway available. 5 minute walk from bus stops serving Oxford City, local train stations or Banbury and Woodstock. Must like Dogs as I have friendly one living here with me. Monday to Friday rent could be considered and negotiated for right tenant
