Double Room available for rent Immediately. I rent this 3 bedroom House with permission from the Landlord to rent out the spare rooms. There is only me living here at the moment as I am not looking to rent the smaller room to anyone. The bed and any furniture in the pictures of the bedroom can be removed if you don't want them :) All bills are included in the rent no surprises!

Must be ok with dogs as I live with a really chilled, but occasionally energetic Staffie. Pets would be considered but only at the discretion of myself and the Landlord.

The house is in a lovely quiet area with a beautiful green area out the front and a big back garden with furniture for the summer. There is a parking space free on the driveway. 5 minute walk to the bus stops which serve Oxford, Oxford Parkway, Banbury, WItney and Woodstock and surrounding areas and only a ten minute walk to the shops and local amenities, and to finish off you are about a 5 minute walk from the local canal and stunning countryside.
