Short Term Room in Charming Cottage with Study

I'm looking for a housemate who will share my old period house with me for a couple of months, all bills included. I travel a lot so not always there. My kitchen has all mod cons & there is a new bathroom plus a downstairs toilet. The room has two single beds that can be made into a double bed plus an exercise bike you'd be free to use. There is off road parking for one car, a patio and small garden. Major supermarket within easy walking distance, as is river. There is also a bus stop for city centre right outside. Available just till the end of the year at present.
