Ideally for those who doesn’t cook everyday or does light cooking only (such as salad, microwave oven food, boil food, not too much frying food because the house has a big open-plan kitchen & sitting).

Short distance to Oxford Science Park, retail park and business park, BMW mini plant, etc. Walk distance (15-20 minutes by walk to Oxford Science Park) or 7-10 minutes by bike.
