Non smoking tidy, professionals required for a, light double room(av 1st July) and large ensuite attic double.(available 1st August) The house is in a quiet cul de sac near to shops in Marston. It is spacious and has a large lounge, kitchen diner with patio doors overlooking a large lawn. The house is refurbished and extended, double glazed and has a new boiler. There is a bathroom between 3 other girls and an extra toilet utility room on the ground floor. The other tenants are friendly professional females, mainly working in research or medicine.
There is a secure key coded, side access for bikes.
The rent of £660 and £790 includes all bills and internet. We are looking for a tidy respectful tenant, female preferred.
