It is spacious and has a large lounge, kitchen diner with patio doors overlooking a large lawn. The house is refurbished and extended, double glazed and has a new boiler. There is a bathroom between 3 other girls and an extra toilet utility room on the ground floor. The other tenants are friendly professional females, mainly working in research or medicine.
