Comfortable and furnished double room available immediately in Marston for clean and considerate person. The rent is £750 per month with the following bills included (Wi-Fi, Council tax, Water, Electric and Gas).
The house is located in a charming and very nice, quiet neighborhood in Marston, 1.5 miles easily accessible to Oxford City Centre (High Street Oxford), either by walk, cycle or car. There are a range of small shops nearby (around 0.3 to the Co-op), local pubs, restaurants, fast food and convenience stores.
Off-street parking is free from 4:30 p. m. This means you can park on the street overnight from 4:30 p. m. until 10:00 a. m. During the day, there is often free parking under the tree at the corner ( you can see it easily from the house), which is very rare for places close to Oxford.
This is a small 02 bedrooms house. Sharing arrangements is only with myself and occasionally my guest. We are all clean, tidy, and quiet professionals. We are considerate (always clean and tidy up for the next person to use-this is a must) and respect the privacy of others. We are busy professionals working all the time so we would like quiet rest time when we are home.
