One of our lovely tenants is moving on - so we are now looking for someone else for their room.

We are looking for someone who can move in ASAP after 11th June.

Room available in 5 Bed all ensuite co-living house in Marston.
The property is fully furnished – all you will need to provide is your beding and towels etc. All bills included

The room is Room 3 on the floor plan

Easy access to bus stops that take you into town, and 7 mins walk to closet shops.
20 min walk to JR
25 min walk via University Parks to town
This property comes with two off street (pull off) car parking space available for £50 per month

Property
5 bed HMO, all bedrooms have ensuite shower rooms attached.
There is a communal kitchen/dinning/lounge area with a breakfast bar which doubles as a work station if you want to work in the lounge. Lounge area features a comfy large sofa and a TV.
There is a garden with bike hoops in it.
There is a washing machine for you to use.
The communal areas will be cleaned once a week, but there is a dishwasher for you to use after cooking.
All pots/pans utensils etc provided
Rooms
Each room has been newly decorated and features a WFH area with comfortable office style chair

Rental
This is a property with a 5 person HMO licence, with 5 bedrooms, so unfortunately we can’t accommodate a couple in a room.
We are looking for tenants who will respect the property and the other tenants in it. The other tenants are quiet people who like to concerntrate on their work and studies, if you are a party person this isn't the house for you.

The house currently has 3 male tenants and a female tenant, the students are a mixture of post grad students and young career professionals,
