The room measures approximately 2.67 m × 2.44 m and is bright, airy and well ventilated, with plenty of natural light throughout the day and a lovely view over the back garden. It feels cosy in the winter and fresh and light in the summer. The room is furnished with a comfortable single bed, a new firm orthopaedic mattress and a soft mattress topper, giving you the option of a firmer or softer sleeping setup depending on your preference. The furnishings are modern and well maintained, and the room also includes a large wardrobe, a comfortable armchair and a foldable table, making it ideal for working on a laptop, studying or simply relaxing in your own space.

The house benefits from central heating, and you can easily adjust the temperature in your room using the radiator.

The room comes with access to an upstairs bathroom with a shower, which will be shared. To provide more privacy and convenience for the lodger, I mainly use the downstairs toilet, allowing the upstairs toilet to be kept predominantly for the lodger’s use. There is also a fully equipped shared kitchen with your own fridge space, together with a cosy shared living area. You are also very welcome to enjoy the lovely back garden with outdoor seating, which adds to the calm and pleasant feel of the home.

• Oxford city centre is approximately 26 minutes by bus, around 30 minutes by car, or about 45 minutes on foot
• A few convenience shops directly opposite the house and a Co-op within approximately a 10-minute walk

The area itself is peaceful and pleasant, with a large green space opposite the house featuring a playground, football pitch and basketball court. It is a wonderful place for a walk, a run or simply to enjoy the surroundings, adding to the relaxed atmosphere of the neighbourhood.
