En-Suite Double Room in Old Marston

Double room in a brand new house. For a female Single occupant. The room is furnished with convenience appliances for extra comfort and weekly cleaning. It is available for 2 months with potential for extension. I live with my daughter, a cat and a terrapin. I am a Professional working full-time and my daughter is of school age, so the setting is of a busy family with routines and fun. We love socialising and having nice chats but these are constrained by our commitments.

I would prefer someone who is happy around my pets.
It is a room in a house, ideal for someone who needs a place to rest who doest need to make much use of the kitchen.

We are within walking distance from the popular Summertown area and JR hospital . Good connections to the City Centre.
